The Switch Account/Role page allows you to switch the current role you are using for the account to a new role. It also allows you to set a default role for the account. You can access this page by selecting Switch Account/Role from the User Account drop-down menu.
To manage your account/role, perform the following:
- To switch to a new role, select a role from the Switch Account/Role page. You will then be directed to the Platform Console home page and a confirmation message saying your account/role has been switched will be displayed.
- To set a default role for the account, select the checkbox of the role you want to use by default when you login to the application. A confirmation message saying your user access has been updated will then be displayed.
